Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Process
B2B and B2C orders
accurately and on time.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and stores for smooth operations.
Support
invoicing, e-way billing, and operational documentation
.
Track stock availability and assist in
inventory audits/reconciliation
.
Follow up with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues.
Prepare
daily/weekly MIS reports
on orders and inventory status.
Ensure
SOP adherence
and suggest improvements where needed.
Assist the operations team with
order picking and packing
during peak loads.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Logistics, Supply Chain
, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in
warehouse/operations/e-commerce fulfilment
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel and Google Sheets
(ERP/WMS knowledge is a plus).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
.
Detail-oriented with strong
problem-solving abilities
.

Role Deliverables

Accurate
order processing and fulfilment
.
On-time
coordination
between stores, warehouse, and logistics.
High
inventory accuracy and reconciliation
.
Regular
reporting and process support
.

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Experience Required: 2–4 years in Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations

Working Days: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend support during offers)

Timings: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
