What You’ll Do

• Ensure 100% on-time order dispatch and zero processing breaches (All channels)
• Monitor SLAs and proactively manage potential delays
• Implement order verification processes and resolve disputes with RCA
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements
• Manage EBO online and replenishment orders within defined timelines
• Handle internal/external escalations and monitor NDR cases proactively
• Creation of Quick commerce orders.
• Manage first-mile, last-mile performance.
• Ensure timely closure of customers' escalated cases of warehousing and last mile.

Must Haves Skills

• Strong understanding of order lifecycle management across multiple channels (D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, offline Ebo, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage SLAs and reduce TAT breaches
• Experience in EBO and replenishment order handling
• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on disputes and escalations
• Hands-on experience with order management systems (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar)
• Experience in managing returns, NDRs, and carrier follow-ups
• Understanding of first-mile and last-mile logistics operations

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports to drive decisions
• Familiarity with quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart) is a plus
• Strong focus on timely resolution of escalated customer issues
• Ability to maintain quality service under pressure
