Work Timings - 6 days working, rotational offs, 9:30AM-6:30PM

Work location - On-site Sector 58, Gurgaon, WFH on Saturdays and Sundays, One day off during the week

Role Summary:

The MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making. This role involves preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Automate reports and develop dashboards for real-time tracking.
• Identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with different teams to gather requirements and ensure timely data availability.
• Monitor business KPIs and highlight deviations.
• Support management in strategic and operational planning through data analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
• Experience in data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, or other database management tools will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of first mile, last mile, warehousing.
