Operations Executive

An Operations Executive for a Technical Research Analyst would be a hybrid role, leveraging operational management skills to support the research and analytical functions of a technical research team. Key responsibilities involve managing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating research projects, and providing technical and operational support to research analysts. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, analytical ability, and operational expertise to facilitate the research process and contribute to strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:Oversee the execution of research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Data Management & Quality Assurance:Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data collected for technical research.
• Process Optimization:Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the efficiency of the technical research process.
• Technical Support:Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the tools and systems used by the research analysts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with technical research analysts, consultants, and other departments to gather information and align on research objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics:Assist in compiling research findings, preparing reports, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge Management:Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a company-wide knowledge base of technical information and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience:Previous experience in a technical operations or research-focused role, along with demonstrated leadership and project management skills, is beneficial.
