About the Role

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting warehouse coordination, rider scheduling, fleet movement tracking, and resolving on-ground issues. This role is based entirely on-site in Gurgaon and will involve structured learning with hands-on involvement in real-time operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Site Support

• Visit assigned operational locations, such as vehicle hubs and warehouses, within Gurgaon

• Assist with shift launches, vehicle handovers, and coordination during rider transitions

• Monitor process workflows and report any delays or bottlenecks to supervisors

2. Team Coordination & Communication

• Act as a link between the central operations team and field staff (riders, warehouse teams)

• Ensure timely information sharing and task updates across relevant teams

• Support internal teams in day-to-day operational communication

3. Reporting & Execution

• Track and update daily shift data, fleet usage, and vehicle readiness

• Maintain accurate physical and digital records for operational logs

• Assist during operational audits or checklist verifications

4. Cross-functional Assistance

• Support the Operations Manager during daily reviews or special site visits

• Participate in task closures, feedback collection, and minor escalation management

• Assist in process improvement or documentation activities when required

Who Can Apply

• Recent graduates (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)

• 0–1 years of experience (internships or project work can be included)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets

• Willingness to work on-site and travel within Gurgaon as required
