*Job Summary:*

We're seeking experienced O&M Engineers to manage network operations, ensure fiber restoration, and drive process improvements. You'll lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver excellent client service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage patrolling, fiber restoration, and network maintenance

- Ensure MTTR compliance and SLA adherence

- Conduct preventive planning, ISP maintenance, and overhead to underground planning

- Lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver client service

- Drive OPEX savings and optimize network performance

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- Btech/BE (Electronics & Communication) or Diploma holder

- 2-4 years of experience in network operations and maintenance

- Knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR, and network technology

- Team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience in Telecom Fiber/ISP industry (preferred)

*Desired Experience:*

- Experience in critical/stress situations and fast-growing companies

- Basic knowledge of DXE and advanced NPT

*Trainings Required:*

- Technical: Splicing, OTDR, tech updates

- Non-Technical: Self-Management, Task Management, Team Management, People management, Code of conduct, Professionalism, Getting Things DoneRole & responsibilities
