Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and IT procedures. Collaboration and Training: Provide technical training to employees on the proper use of hardware, software, and IT systems. Work closely with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs and goals. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, and services. Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades or new solutions to improve company operations. Qualifications And Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco, Microsoft, or other IT certifications) are a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IT systems management, or a similar role. Experience with networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management. Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer systems, networking, and hardware. Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). Familiarity with network protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity principles. Ability to work with IT ticketing systems and remote management tools. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
