THIS IS AN ON-SITE JOB The role You will manage day-to-day HR and administration at our Wai site, including: Recruitment, onboarding, training records and performance reviews Attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee records Employee relations, grievances and engagement activities Supporting SMETA/Sedex and customer audits Site administration: housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, vendors and office supplies What were looking for Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field (MBA/MSW-HR a plus).
