Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to industrial relations and statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication.

  • Knowledge of labour laws & HR documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/biometric systems.
