Requirements DP Compliance: Ensure adherence to DP compliance requirements, including handling regular surveillance alerts and reporting them to the depository. Manage daily, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly DP compliance reporting, along with internal and concurrent audits. Trade Settlement: Oversee the settlement processes for trades, including securities payout, securities pay-in, mutual fund (MF) units pay-in, and the pledge/unpledge of securities. A solid understanding of financial markets, including stocks, bonds, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products, is essential. Depository Systems: Proficiency in depository systems such as CDSL Easi/Easiest is required. Corporate Actions: Manage corporate actions such as stock splits, bonuses, mergers, demergers, capital reductions, dividends, and buybacks. Debt Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the debt market, including Treasury Bills (T-Bills), Government Securities (G-Secs), and Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs), is an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in stock broking back-office operations and compliance. Experience with Tech-Excel back-office software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is required.
