Role Overview: As an Operations Executive at our trading firm, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining day-to-day operations. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate various tasks efficiently will be key to ensuring smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, including order processing and inventory management. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless workflow. - Manage documentation, invoicing, and data entry tasks effectively. - Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assist in logistics, shipment tracking, and dispatch coordination. - Prepare reports and maintain transaction records accurately. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a trading firm. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and email communication. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and efficiently handle operational challenges. - Female candidates are preferred.
