Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor
logistics operations
for inward and outward movements.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, invoices, and stock records.
Track and update delivery schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
Resolve any issues related to transportation, delays, or discrepancies.
Support in preparing operational reports and data analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations).
2–3 years of experience
in logistics/operations management.
Strong understanding of inward and outward logistics processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP/Inventory systems.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
