Job Description

About the Role (only open for people in Gurgaon):

Operations Executive, based at its Gurugram office

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Credit and Data Procurement teams in day-to-day operations.
Procure and compile data and documents from internal and external sources.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of required information.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in data entry, data operations, or a related field is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Attention to Detail: This is the most important requirement. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in credit evaluations, reports, and scoring assignments.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Communication Skills: Good written communication skills to convey analysis findings
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
