Operations Executive

Job Location : Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.

Rounds of Interview as follows:

1st : Online Quickfire challenge Test - 10 Questions in 8 Minutes (Basic Maths & Logical)

2nd : Personal Interview with HR (Day 1).

3rd : Aptitude Test - Attention To Details, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning (If the aptitude test is cleared then there will be an interview round with the HR manager) (Day 1).

4th : Final round with HOD (Day 2).

• Training Period 2 Months : (Candidate will get half salary from the fixed salary during the training period). This Is The Maximum Duration, If The Candidate Learns Early It Can Be Reduced.
• Probation Period 6 Months (Candidate will get full salary in probation period).
• Note : Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

After selection:

Process training in classroom format for 1 week followed by assessment. Upon passing an assessment will be sent to the floor.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operational activities related to NVOCC shipments, including documentation, booking, cargo handling, and delivery.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including slot operators, agents, freight forwarders, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading or Delivery order and other required documents.
• Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve inquiries, and address any operational issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure timely pickup of containers and delivery.
• Monitor and track shipment statuses using the company's online systems and tools, and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, and claims, in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, shipping trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes.
