Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Bengaluru for our pet resort, pet cafe and upcoming inititaives . The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities of our pet resort,pet cafe and manage resources, and ensure seamless execution of processes. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, maintaining operational efficiency, addressing client queries or concerns, and analyzing processes for continual improvement. The role also involves facilitating effective communication and maintaining high-quality customer service to uphold the standards of the Petcart brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving and performance improvement
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
• Prior experience in operations, hospitality, or pet care industries is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
