Job Summary

As an Operations Executive at Brand Street, you will support the daily coordination and execution of operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. You will work with internal teams and vendors to maintain process efficiency, documentation, and project execution. The role requires excellent organizational abilities, basic project management skills, and a hands-on attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing operational plans to improve workflow and client service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Track and update key metrics, reports, and documentation related to ongoing operations.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Support budgeting, resource tracking, and cost control efforts in daily operations.
• Help identify process gaps and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor payments, and logistics for campaigns and events.
• Ensure compliance with basic regulatory standards and company policies.
• Provide timely operational updates to managers and ensure smooth communication flow across teams.
