Role Summary

Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturer Follow-up:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external manufacturers, ensuring timely
follow-up
on all activities related to quoting, communication, and process compliance within our platform.
Operational Tracking:
Create and maintain detailed
trackers
to monitor key operational statuses and identify delays.
Data Management:
Utilize
Microsoft Excel
to an advanced level to input, analyze, and report on operational data, ensuring accuracy.
Communication:
Coordinate directly with internal teams and external partners to relay updates and resolve basic process issues.
Documentation:
Ensure all follow-up communications and tracking records are accurately documented.

Required Qualifications

English Fluency (Written and Verbal):

A mandatory requirement
for clear and professional communication with our manufacturer partners.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel:
Proven proficiency with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for efficient data handling.
Strong Organizational Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tracking systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in an operations or administrative role.
