Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Operations to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics functions. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of order processing, documentation, inventory handling, and SLA adherence in coordination with warehouse teams and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee and support daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, and dispatch processes

● Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and cycle counts; ensure alignment between system and physical stock

● Coordinate with clients for order schedules, dispatch updates, and reporting

● Ensure timely documentation – GRN, invoices, gate passes, and dispatch records

● Track SLA performance, returns, and reconciliation of transactions

● Identify process gaps and assist in improving workflow efficiency on-ground

● Maintain coordination with warehouse staff, transporters, and tech teams for smooth execution

Qualifications & Skills Required

● Graduate or Diploma in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain

● 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred (Freshers with relevant internship experience may apply)

● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

● Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

● Attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
