Read on… Have you got an awesome appetite for ? ● Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on operational performance (SQL,Excel), improvement initiatives, and project outcomes to senior management. ● Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (e.g. Product, CX, Supply Chain, Quality) to drive initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business strategies. ● Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational processes and reduce waste. ● Strategy Development: Develop and execute an operational excellence strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and goals. ● Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement. ● Change Management: Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies within the organization.
