Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Audit and reconcile
fuel consumption
reports to detect anomalies or misuse.
Review and verify
parts return documentation
for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct
job card verification
to ensure all service, material, and time records are correctly entered.
Inspect
image submissions
linked to operational tasks for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare regular
audit reports
and present findings to the management team.
Collaborate with workshop, fleet, and operations departments to resolve discrepancies.
Support management in developing and improving standard operating procedures.
Conduct
spot audits
and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in
operations audit, quality control, or logistics verification
.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Integrity, accuracy, and accountability in all work.
Experience in fleet, automotive, or logistics industries will be a plus.
