Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
