Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage service job sheets from client instructions
• Liaise with clients to understand service needs and record them accurately
• Coordinate with the workshop/service team to ensure correct work is carried out
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their vehicle service progress
• Support service documentation and reporting as required

Requirements:

• Background in the

  automobile industry

  (essential)
• Minimum

  2 years’ experience

  in a similar role (service advisor / coordinator / workshop admin)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and technical teams
