YPO is a remote-first organization. This role is work-from-home but will require travel up to 25%. Ability to flex and accommodate multiple international time zones is required.

This is an international consultant contract as we are not an employer in India. The initial contract is through Sept 2026 with the possibility of repeated annual renewal.

Your Impact as a Regional Manager

🌍 Regional Operations & Chapter Manager Support

  • Serve as the trusted first point of contact for chapter managers across South Asia.
  • Train and onboard new and tenured chapter managers on YPO systems, processes and best practices.
  • Provide steady guidance and clarity while empowering chapter managers to operate independently.
  • Relay information from global teams, regional leadership and subsidy programs with accuracy and consistency.


📊 Data, Processes & Reporting

  • Pull, analyze and interpret data from Salesforce, Tableau and other platforms to support chapter health, renewals and KPIs.
  • Present insights in a digestible way to help chapters understand performance and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain the region’s SharePoint, Teams folders, documents and resource libraries.


🤝 Regional Leadership & Engagement

  • Manage regional communications and keep chapter managers aligned with global priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Director and portfolio leads to ensure information flows seamlessly.
  • Navigate a wide range of personalities — from highly experienced CMs to new hires — with maturity, diplomacy and confidence.
  • Build a strong sense of community among chapter managers, encouraging peer learning and collaboration.


📅 Events & Meeting Execution

  • Lead logistics for

    4–5 major regional meetings

    each year, including RBMs, RECs and the South Asia peer-to-peer boot camp (180+ attendees).
  • Manage venue sourcing, hotel contracting, invoices, reimbursements and on-site execution — delivering high-touch, detail-oriented service.
  • Travel for events and global meetings approximately

    15–25%

    of the year.


🔹 Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Coach chapter managers on operations, governance, events and member experience.
  • Support the design and delivery of chapter manager workshops and learning programs.
  • Foster alignment between chapters, the region and global portfolios.


Key Responsibilities

  • Train, support and empower chapter managers to excel in their roles.
  • Manage regional communications, processes and membership-related workflows.
  • Lead planning and execution for regional meetings and workshops.
  • Oversee reimbursements, vendor payments and regional fund processes.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track chapter performance.
  • Coordinate regional board meetings and executive communications.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special regional projects.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in operations, stakeholder management or a senior support role in a global or multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent customer service mindset with strong diplomacy, patience and communication skills.
  • Experience managing events, logistics or complex multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills — comfortable with CRM systems, data platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A calm, composed and mature presence — able to set boundaries while providing exceptional support.
  • Flexibility, resilience and readiness to thrive in an evolving organization.
  • Business level fluency in English, both verbal and written.
