Job Summary

Operations & Quality Control Executive Manager

Key Responsibilities


Operations Management

·       Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·       Coordinate with procurement, production, and supply chain for timely execution.

·       Streamline inventory systems to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.

Lean and Six Sigma tools

Quality Control C Assurance

·       Define and enforce quality standards for raw materials, stitching, packaging, and finished goods.

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit)


Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

·       Monitor key quality KPIs: defect rates, audit scores, customer complaints.

·       Perform internal audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.

 

Compliance C Documentation

ISO G001, ISO 14001

·       Maintain organized documentation: audits, inspections, CAPA logs.

Quality Management System (QMS)

 

Team Leadership C Development

·       Lead and mentor the QC and operations teams.

·       Conduct training on SOPs, quality norms, and improvement tools.

·       Foster collaboration between QC, production, and supply chain units.

 

Customer Satisfaction C Continuous Improvement

·       Resolve customer complaints and implement preventive actions.

·       Develop structured feedback loops to improve product quality.

·       Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

 

Qualifications s Skills

Textile Engineering

2 years’ experience

Lean Six Sigma

AQL

·       Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

ERP systems

 

Preferred Attributes

·       Sharp attention to detail; ability to detect inefficiencies early.

·       Ability to excel under pressure in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

·       Strong organization, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
