Job Title: Operations & Analytics Lead with Power BI

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Lead with a strong background in Power BI, cross-functional team collaboration, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building dashboards that align with the functional needs of the organization, while also driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Experience working with PMO teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

· Collaborate with multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and PMO to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

· Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure data accuracy and visualization effectiveness.

· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

· Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and dashboard performance.

· Support the PMO team with data-driven insights, project tracking, and performance metrics.

· Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

· Utilize Excel for advanced data manipulation, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 8–10 years of professional experience in operations, business intelligence, or a related field.

· Proven expertise in Power BI – including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

· Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

· Prior experience supporting or working closely with a PMO team is a significant advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in project management or operations within a tech or consulting environment.

· Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.

· Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage.
