As the Operations Specialist at Founders Office, you will not just be another ops role. You will serve as the right hand to our Creative Head, who is responsible for driving strategy, streamlining workflows, and fostering connections among teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Run projects end to end - Mentor and guide junior team members - Step in as a decision maker when necessary **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of experience in operations, management, and strategy - Proactive and hands-on communicator - Problem-solving mindset with leadership instincts In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Creative Head in Belgaum, taking on big responsibilities that come with a steep learning curve.
