Performance Marketing Head

As the Performance Marketing Head, you will lead the Performance Marketing vertical from end-to-end, developing strategies and conducting bold experiments in the D2C and B2B space. This is not just any role - we are looking for a funnel-obsessed, data-driven creative individual who doesn't just meet KPIs but sets new benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include building, launching, and scaling impactful campaigns across Google, Meta, and SEO platforms. You will be responsible for everything from precise targeting to creating captivating creatives. Owning and maintaining performance trackers at every level will be crucial to ensure sharp performance, especially for fast-paced e-commerce brands. You will be encouraged to fearlessly experiment, test various strategies, and be prepared to adapt to keep ahead of the curve. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a preference for agency experience. The salary offered for this position ranges from 8 to 10.5 LPA based on your experience and expertise. This full-time position is based in Belagavi and offers the flexibility of working on-site or remotely within India.
