Performance Marketing Head

As a Performance Marketing Head at Fitspire, a D2C health and wellness brand based in Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to lead the digital marketing efforts and drive business growth by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads, leveraging the Shopify website. Your expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce will be crucial in driving conversions, revenue growth, and ROI optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. - Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization to ensure maximum ROI. - Ensure seamless integration with the Shopify website for a cohesive user experience. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to develop data-driven marketing plans. - Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimizations to enhance ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, sales) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, RTO, and conversion rates. - Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in consumer brand performance marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce. - Proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with experience managing large-scale campaigns for consumer brands. - Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and e-commerce marketing. - Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams/agencies. - Excellent communication and project management skills. Nice to Have: - Experience in the health and wellness industry. - Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, as well as affiliates marketing.
