Performance Marketing Head

About the Role:

We want a leader who doesn’t just chase KPIs; they set new ones. Someone who lives and breathes performance.⚡

You’ll lead our entire Performance Marketing vertical: creating strategy, execution, experiments, and scaling wins across D2C and B2B brands.

This isn’t a plug-and-play role. We want a leader who gets excited by new funnel ideas, tests bold hypotheses, and builds a culture of numbers-driven creativity.

What You'll Do:

* Head the entire Performance Marketing vertical, driving strategy, execution, and team growth

* Create and execute media plans and campaign strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and more

* Set up, optimize, and scale high-performance campaigns that drive actual business results — not just clicks

* Lead audience segmentation, funnel mapping, and retargeting strategies with precision

* Manage tracker sheets for internal and external teams at daily, weekly, and monthly levels (especially for e-commerce brands)

* Work closely with creative and content teams to build conversion-focused assets

* Analyze data like your life depends on it — uncover insights, report clearly, and constantly push for better

* Mentor and grow a team of sharp, driven marketers, setting clear goals and empowering them to beat them

* Experiment endlessly — test creatives, audiences, ad types, and even gut feelings (if you can prove them later!)

* Stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes so we’re always playing offense, not defense

* Present campaign results and insights with confidence and clarity to internal teams and clients

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setup

* Proven success with D2C and B2B campaigns at scale

* Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and a deep understanding of integrated digital strategy

* Experience leading a team, managing performance sheets, and handling multiple brand accounts simultaneously

* Data-obsessed mindset with a keen eye for actionable insights

* Excellent communication skills — you know how to make a report feel like a story

Salary:

* ₹8 – ₹10.5 LPA depending on experience and expertise
