Performance Marketing Head

As a Performance Marketing Head at Fitspire, a D2C health and wellness brand based in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in leading our digital marketing initiatives to enhance business growth. Your expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce will be instrumental in driving conversions, revenue growth, and ROI optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. - Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. - Ensure seamless integration with Shopify website. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to develop data-driven marketing plans. - Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and sales. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, RTO, and conversion rates. - Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer brand performance marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce. - Proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads, managing large-scale campaigns for consumer brands. - Strong understanding of Shopify platform and e-commerce marketing. - Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams/agencies. - Excellent communication and project management skills. In addition to the above requirements, it is nice to have experience in the health and wellness industry, knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling, and familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
