Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Hamirpur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of hotel and resort properties, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, streamlining processes, monitoring budgets, and upholding quality control. The role involves driving operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative work environment among team members.
