The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of hotel and resort properties, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, streamlining processes, monitoring budgets, and upholding quality control. The role involves driving operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative work environment among team members. Qualifications Strong operational management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience in quality control, process optimization, and resource allocation Knowledge of budget management, financial oversight, and cost control Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest relations, and customer service excellence Effective communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to adapt to dynamic challenges and drive results-driven initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel management sector is highly advantageous
