About the Role:

Operation Manager working in the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

What You’ll Do:

·      Oversee and manage end-to-end operations during the US business hours, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to SLAs.

·      Lead cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.

·      Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making.

·      Collaborate with India, Philippines and US-based stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives.

·      Implement and refine SOPs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

·      Manage escalations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

·      Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership in India, Philippines and US.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Team Managers and associates working in the night shift.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill enhancement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across time zones.
• Proficiency in operations management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Experience in managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a global or US-facing role.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (US time zones).
• Immediate availability is a big plus.
