Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure that all business functions—from inventory and logistics to customer service and vendor management—run efficiently and effectively to support the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing, warehousing, packaging, shipping, and returns. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking. Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and supervise the operations team; ensure proper training and performance evaluations. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a smooth post-sale experience. Track and report key operational metrics (order fulfillment rates, TAT, delivery issues, etc.) Manage vendor and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in operations management (preferably in e-commerce). Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent knowledge of supply chain and logistics management. Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, ERP tools, and Excel. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with platforms like Amazon, etc. Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
