Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, promotions, performance analysis, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all digital sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, inventory, design) to ensure product readiness. Monitor daily sales performance, website traffic, and platform analytics. Optimize listings with SEO-friendly content, images, and pricing strategies. Plan and execute online campaigns, discounts, and offers. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and returns processing. Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews on e-commerce platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. Proficiency with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar. Familiarity with marketplace advertising (e.g., Amazon PPC).
