Position Overview
At Doors Studio, we’re looking for an Operations Lead who can be the glue that holds everything together. This role is all about making sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly, whether it’s client servicing, project delivery, or internal coordination. You’ll be the one ensuring projects move forward on time, teams stay aligned, and the quality of work we deliver is nothing short of excellent. Think of this role as the bridge between our strategy, creative, performance, and client servicing teams, keeping workflows efficient, resources well-utilized, and our clients happy.
What You’ll Be Doing Operational Management
● Oversee daily operations across client accounts and internal teams.
● Streamline processes and SOPs to make work smoother and faster.
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
● Track how resources are allocated across teams and optimize where needed. Client Servicing & Delivery
● Work with account managers and strategists to turn client needs into clear deliverables.
● Keep an eye on campaign execution timelines (social, content, performance, SEO, influencers, etc.).
● Jump in to troubleshoot quickly and prevent delivery delays. Team Coordination
● Collaborate with social media, content, performance, SEO, and influencer teams to align execution with strategy.
● Facilitate smooth communication so nothing falls through the cracks.
● Run weekly reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Reporting & Analysis
● Maintain trackers and dashboards for deliverables and team productivity.
● Generate weekly/monthly reports on efficiency, timelines, and resources.
● Share insights with leadership to improve decision-making. Process & Growth
● Introduce tools, automation, and systems that make life easier.
● Spot gaps in delivery and recommend improvements.
● Support leadership in scaling operations as the agency continues to grow. What We’re Looking For
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Excellent communicator who can bring teams together.
● Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (social, content, SEO, performance, influencers).
● Comfortable with tools like Asana/Basecamp, Google Workspace, and dashboards.
● Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus, but not mandatory).
● 5–8 years of experience in operations or client servicing, preferably at a digital/creative agency.
● Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client deliverables. What’s in it for You
