Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operations within our fast-paced media environment. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of media production workflows. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between creative, production, technology, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of content and campaign delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a TV network, OTT platform, digital publisher, or creative agency. Certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. Knowledge of media asset management (MAM) systems and production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
