Position: Operations Intern

Location: Dehrudan, India
Duration: 6 Months

Our solution leverages advanced analytics to provide organisations with actionable insights into their systems, enabling better financial control and operational efficiency.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and administrative support.
  • Maintain and update databases, trackers, and reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Help in documentation, record management, and process compliance checks.
  • Support HR,or Admin teams with assigned operational activities.
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines and following up with teams for updates.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Handle procurement support, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking (if applicable).
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Handle daily operational tasks like data entry, documentation, and basic reporting.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of work.
  • Maintain and update operational records, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Help identify process issues and suggest simple efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in meetings, minutes, and follow-ups on action items and projects.

Qualifiucations:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree Fresher are welcomed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
