Internship Opportunity: Service Delivery Intern (Operations)

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely service fulfillment by coordinating closely with customers and vendor partners. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, customer coordination, and real-time service tracking—perfect for fresh graduates looking to kick-start their careers in operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end fulfillment of service orders
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of all assigned services
• Update and track real-time service status on internal dashboards
• Coordinate regularly with customers and vendors for seamless operations
• Proactively address issues, objections, or delays to ensure smooth execution
• Clearly explain processes to customers whenever required

Who Are We Looking For?

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle high call volumes and follow-ups
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi

(Knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Educational background in Arts or Commerce preferred
