Operations Intern – Horticulture / Agriculture Background

Company: A2Z Plant Nutrient Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Varanasi (Office-based; coordination with sites across India)
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Post-Internship Opportunity: Full-time role with salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities1. Tender & Costing Support

• Assist in analysing government tenders related to plantation, landscaping, horticulture
• Prepare basic costing sheets using standard rates
• Maintain tender tracking data (bid/won/lost)

2. Project Data & Documentation

• Coordinate with site supervisors to collect:
• Before / during / after work photos
• Progress updates
• Maintain structured project data in Excel/Google Sheets
• Organise project documents, photos & reports systematically

3. Operations & Financial Tracking (Learning Role)

• Assist in maintaining:
• Vendor bills & payment tracking
• Project-wise cost tracking
• Basic project profitability analysis
• Support senior team in compiling weekly project status reports

4. Marketing & Project Showcasing

• Curate site photos/videos for company portfolio & social media
• Share structured content with marketing agency (editing not required)
