We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Operation Head to manage daily company operations. The ideal candidate is a retired officer from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, or Paramilitary forces with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, logistics, and manpower.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and team performance.
• Coordinate between production, sales, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure timely reporting, safety, and quality control.
• Support management in planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Retired from Defence / Paramilitary / Police services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
