Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive located in New Delhi. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing the complete tender process, which includes identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information. They will also ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements, and maintain documentation for all tenders. Additionally, the role involves market research, identifying potential business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting tenders, and managing tender documents
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in document management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Knowledge in road safety equipment and signage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
