Key Responsibilities:

  • Train employees/clients on CRM software (Bitrix24, Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot/MS Dynamics etc.).
  • Conduct workshops, on boarding sessions, and advanced CRM feature training.
  • Customize training modules as per industry/business needs.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide post-training support.
  • Stay updated with CRM features, integrations, and best practices.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Bitrix24
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or customer service processes.
  • Ability to design interactive and practical training sessions.
  • Certification in CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
