Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with company objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.

Oversee the real estate portfolio to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Prioritize real estate projects for market expansion in collaboration with senior management.

Financial Management:

Develop and monitor real estate operational and project budgets.

Manage property budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.

Prepare financial reports and analyze property performance.

Property Management:

Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other contracts.

Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage property management teams.

Provide guidance and support to team members.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Other Responsibilities:

Supervise construction and development projects.

Maintain relationships with landowners, renters, builders, and property management companies.

Initiate and implement sustainability initiatives within the real estate portfolio.

Stay informed about property market trends and identify opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business expansion and site selection.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in property management, facility management, or real estate operations (7+ years).

Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
