99Digicom is the marketplace execution arm of 99Partners, a retail and e-commerce advisory firm. We specialize in providing end-to-end marketplace management, catalog management, promotions, and digital advertising services to brands to help them profitably scale their presence across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and ONDC.


Job Summary

The Operation Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client product catalogs on Amazon Seller Central. This role is critical for ensuring products are listed accurately, optimized for search, and compliant with all Amazon policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with e-commerce platforms, and a proactive problem-solver.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management (Amazon Seller Central):


Create, upload, and manage new product listings, including Single and Variation listings, using flat files (excel sheets) and the Amazon Seller Central interface.


Ensure all product data, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, imagery, and specifications, is accurate, compelling, and fully optimized for Amazon's search algorithm (A9).


Perform regular audits of existing listings to identify and correct errors, suppressions, or policy violations.


Manage and update product inventory, pricing, and fulfillment settings (FBA/FBM) as directed.


2. Account Health & Operations:


Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance metrics of assigned Amazon Seller Central accounts.


Resolve listing issues, quality alerts, and seller support cases promptly and effectively.


Handle A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, and returns/refunds issues in coordination with the client service team.


Stay up-to-date with all changes in Amazon policies, fee structures, and listing requirements.


3. Performance & Optimization:


Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices within product listings to improve visibility and discoverability.


Work closely with the marketing/content team to ensure product content aligns with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.


Assist in creating and managing promotional offers, coupons, and deals on the Seller Central platform.


4. Reporting & Communication:


Generate regular reports on catalog status, listing quality, and inventory levels.


Communicate operational updates and potential issues to the Operations Manager and client success team.


Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience).


Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central.


Technical Proficiency:


Mandatory: Proven experience with Amazon flat file uploads (excel-based bulk listing).


Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, etc.).


Familiarity with inventory management and order processing workflows in Seller Central.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
