Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager – eCommerce Growth. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive eCommerce growth, managing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and performing data analysis to inform decision-making. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, coordinating with various departments, and reporting to senior management. This is a hybrid role, located in Bhavnagar, with some work from home acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard eCommerce sellers (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, etc.)
• Pitch 99digicom's service offerings (Account Setup, Advertising, Co-Branding)
• Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct virtual/onsite demos and consultations
• Close deals with MSME sellers and small D2C brands
• Cross-sell and upsell monthly plans or marketing add-ons
• Report weekly on leads, deals closed, and revenue generated

Qualifications

• Sales Strategies and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in eCommerce and Market Analysis
• Data Analysis and Reporting skills
• Skills in identifying new market opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in eCommerce or digital sales is a plus
