Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Team Leader/Manager Sales – eCommerce Growth at 99 Partners Digicom Private Limited. The role is located in Bhavnagar. The Team Leader/Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, enhancing customer service experience, and fostering effective communication within the team and with clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales metrics, guiding the team to achieve sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

• Proven experience in Team Management and leading sales teams

• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid Sales acumen and the ability to drive sales growth

• Relevant experience in eCommerce or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
