Job Summary The Operation Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client product catalogs on Amazon Seller Central. This role is critical for ensuring products are listed accurately, optimized for search, and compliant with all Amazon policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with e-commerce platforms, and a proactive problem-solver. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Listing & Catalog Management (Amazon Seller Central): Create, upload, and manage new product listings, including Single and Variation listings, using flat files (excel sheets) and the Amazon Seller Central interface. Ensure all product data, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, imagery, and specifications, is accurate, compelling, and fully optimized for Amazon's search algorithm (A9). Perform regular audits of existing listings to identify and correct errors, suppressions, or policy violations. Manage and update product inventory, pricing, and fulfillment settings (FBA/FBM) as directed. 2. Account Health & Operations: Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance metrics of assigned Amazon Seller Central accounts.
