Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager – eCommerce Growth. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive eCommerce growth, managing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and performing data analysis to inform decision-making. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, coordinating with various departments, and reporting to senior management. This is a hybrid role, located in Bhavnagar, with some work from home acceptable. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard eCommerce sellers (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, etc.) Pitch 99digicom's service offerings (Account Setup, Advertising, Co-Branding) Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools Conduct virtual/onsite demos and consultations Close deals with MSME sellers and small D2C brands Cross-sell and upsell monthly plans or marketing add-ons Report weekly on leads, deals closed, and revenue generated Qualifications Sales Strategies and Client Relationship Management skills Experience in eCommerce and Market Analysis Data Analysis and Reporting skills Skills in identifying new market opportunities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in eCommerce or digital sales is a plus

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of our eCommerce service packages – Launch , Manage , and Grow . This role involves generating new inquiries, handling inbound leads, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate New Inquiries Identify and approach potential clients (small & medium business owners). Conduct cold calls, field visits, and online outreach. Handle Inbound Inquiries Respond promptly to leads generated via website, social media, and referrals. Understand client requirements and match them to our service offerings. Sales Target Achievement Drive sales of 99Digicom’s Launch, Manage, and Grow services. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets. Client Consultation & Conversion Explain service benefits, process, and pricing. Build trust and close sales effectively. Reporting & Coordination Maintain lead status and sales reports. Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of clients. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related services.
