Role Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate New Inquiries

• Identify and approach potential clients (small & medium business owners).
• Conduct cold calls, field visits, and online outreach.

1. Handle Inbound Inquiries

• Respond promptly to leads generated via website, social media, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and match them to our service offerings.

1. Sales Target Achievement

• Drive sales of 99Digicom’s Launch, Manage, and Grow services.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.

1. Client Consultation & Conversion

• Explain service benefits, process, and pricing.
• Build trust and close sales effectively.

1. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain lead status and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related services.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (Training will be provided).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
