Job Description

We are looking for HR Specialist (Recruitment) who can join immediately. (Required Only immediate joiners) Skills Required : Eligibility: Freshers with Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory or Experience in volume will be an added advantage. Job Description To source and identify prospective candidates using a variety of job Portals. To Conduct confidential interviews. To follow-up references and check credits. To Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Promote company's reputation as best place to work Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Should be a good Team Player / Decision Maker Should be well versed in volume hiring/mass hiring Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods will be a added advantage. Having prior expertise in bulk hiring will be an added advantage Experience in BPO hiring / experience in consultancy working for BPO requirements will be an added advantage. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory
