We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer (Level 3) to join our team and take on advanced responsibilities in designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex IT systems. The IT Engineer L3 will be a key member of our technical team, providing expert-level support to resolve high-priority issues, optimize IT infrastructure, and lead various technical projects. The role requires deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for complex IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and systems.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document critical incidents, acting as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 engineers.
Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Implement and monitor system security protocols to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Design and deploy enterprise-wide IT solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with IT leadership to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and integrations.
Lead and manage high-priority IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Assist in creating and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures.
Stay updated with the latest trends in technology to proactively recommend new solutions that enhance IT operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ yrs of experience in handling windows server administration
Must have worked experience in Active directory Management and GPO Management.
Should have knowledge and hand on experience in handling Firewall & AV Management( Sophos will be added advantage)
Should have knowledge in networking and hands on experience on L2 & L3 switches
Should have knowledge and hands on experience in O365 environments
Should have knowledge and hands on experience in Azure cloud management
Should have knowledge in handling SIEM tool
Should have knowledge in vulnerability management
Should have knowledge about ITIL process (ITIL certification will be added advantage)
